The challenge
The old intranet was slow, difficult to navigate and poorly suited to mobile use. Employee directories were managed in spreadsheets, adding administrative work.
The response
TTG worked with Durkan to migrate content into SharePoint, improve navigation and integrate the people directory. Microsoft Clarity provided insight into how the intranet was used.
The published outcome
The published account describes easier content administration, better alignment with Microsoft technology and continuing Microsoft 365 and SharePoint support.
